Have I forgiven?
Forgiveness isn't about excusing something bad and pushing it aside. It is about facing it head on, recognizing it wasn't ok, and then releasing the event's trauma that is holding you back.
There are usually 3 categories of things we need to forgive: Others, Ourselves, and the World.
Go to the Log-book and list those people and things you need to forgive so you can start the process!
If you find you are struggling to forgive, I recommend using the Witness Statement technique that is in the Empathic Inventory!
